Guest guest
Hi Guys, Just thought I'd drop a quick note to say bye for now and thank-you again for your support and help. Even though I only had chronic urt. for a few months, you helped me understand and ultimately fix change in my lifestyle that was driving me insane. Yes, it's been four and a half weeks and no more welts. Even the itches are completely gone, I'm still being cautious (very cautious) with food, but I have gingerly tested a few trigger foods and no reactions. And the main trigger I'll avoid completely for quite awhile. I will take it slowly, I'd hate to get an attack now. I'll keep thinking of you guys and I know I will miss you. Even though I haven't posted recently I've been keeping up pretty well with all the messages. Hugs to everyone and I wish you luck in finding your causes. Kind Regards, Sharon.
