From 13 years old to 19 I was a rail. Weighed 98 pounds ate liek a horse continuously and only slept 4 hours a day. Then at 19 my thyroid just completely quit. I did not have antibodioes show up iuntil I was 40? and had a hysterectomy (complete) at 27 years old. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
My antibodies showed in saliva when I was first tested at the age of 38. I don't know what you mean by fluctuating between hyper and hypo. I've heard that antibodies will cause that. cr8zytasia wrote: > > Hi, > You might see my response to Val's post on this. Guest guest
That's interesting - I find when you start to query hypo people about thier life long experiences, many had hyper periods. Six years is a long time to be hyper. My thyroid went kaput after a year hyper, but I did fluctuate over the years very mildly between hyper and hypo. I'd bet you had positive TSI antibodies during those six years, but you probably weren't tested for them. > > >>When your blood tests did not show you had the antibodies--did > your body say otherwise?
