Same to you Val! You're awesome for all you do for us sick folks. I hope

everyone can give you a little break from the emails today and hopefully spend

time cooking or being with family. What would we do without this you and the

I could not imagine letting Thanksgiving go by without thanking you, Val.

Your advise got my hubby off three years of statin drugs and gave him all

the energy in the world. You are always here for us when we are lost &

scared & wayyyyy out of whack... lol.. I just wanted you to know how much a

appreciate everyone on this list, but especially you, Val.
