, congrats on the turtle - - and BIG CONGRATS on the total 50# loss!! That's awesome! It's amazing what 50# looks like when you see it all in one lump, isn't it? No wonder we're tired all the time when we're carrying around so much extra weight!!

Hang in there with the exercising and good food choices - - you'll probably have a big ole loss next week!!

You're right, !!! GREEN is GOOD !!!!!!! Don't be disappointed !!!!! It will show up this coming week !!!!!! AND SUPER CONGRATS on your 50 lb loss !!!!!!That was such a neat thing -- the 50 items in the bag !!!!!!! AND then pulling around the 40 lb sack of potatoes !!!!!! Goes to show how our weight DOES make such a difference !!!!!! Hugs, Randie

's roll call

I turtled tonight and I know that green is a great color but I really expected to lose. I really stepped up my exercise this week, kept my food journal and drank all my water. Kept in contact with my team mates, "go SIX MAIDS A-SLIMMIN'." On to another week and will expect a loss next week.

I did get a surprize at club tonight! I was honored for my 50lb loss. called me to the front and presented me with zip lock bags filled with 50 items in each one, ie: 50 matches to light my way to KOPS, 50 sugar free life savers to take on my walks at the park and the list goes on! I was asked to pick up a large garbage bag and it was filled with 40lbs of potatoes and carryed it around the room, I was out of breath even though it wasn't the full 50lbs I have lost! Anyway, I used lot's of words to tell you all that I'm green tonight, LOL!
