Guest guest
Are you waking at pretty much the same time of day? I overslept really badly this morning adn as a result my Dawn Rise started before I woke up. If the reading to day was later than the other two day s I would suspect that as a cause especially as it came down later on it's own. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.seewell4less.com/Valspage.htm Medical Alert Bracelets

Guest guest
Nov.24 7:36 AM B/S 114, Fasting 114 down to 98 woke up earlier 5AM went back to sleep, up til midnite babysitting Waking earlier was porbably from a rise in cortils and you caught it on it;s way down. Weird when I oversleep my Dawn Rise is MUCH lower than when I wake up right before the alarm goes off as is my norm. But when I wake early it is from HIGH AM cortisol and yours could also be from adrenaline from low cortiosl. Are you hungry when you wake early? Adrenaline makes you hungry and cortisol does not. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
Thanks Val, Im not normaly hungry when I wake up early, around 5 or 6, I just go back to sleep. I feel like any little noise is waking me then. Tho it sometimes takes up to a half hour to go back to sleep. This AM I felt like I wanted to eat the leg off of something as soon as I got up, but I stifled myself until 9 AM to do the fasting then it wasn't so bad. (After the HC). Thanks Val. OOPS I,m taking 1 Grain Armour today and will stick with that for the time being unless I start feeling horrible. Temp. 98.6 today. Still needing to look at Florinef, sometimes I can't stand to be around myself, for sweating so much and the B/PS are low , but the salt helps for now. One day at a time. I'll ride longer with 20HC and get those B/S readings back on track. Thanks bunches Have a good nite/day! wrote: Nov.24 7:36 AM B/S 114, Fasting 114 down to 98 woke up earlier 5AM went back to sleep, up til midnite babysitting Waking earlier was porbably from a rise in cortils and you caught it on it;s way down. Guest guest
Thank you Val. Some days (sigh)! Gonna try the fasting again tomorrow and check out my B/S. I hope you're having a good day. T wrote: >>My temps are starting to rise again on 60 Armour after 1 day. I had a 99 yesterday and my temp is already 99 this AM. I'm guessing today will be at least the same. Should I just call it quits till I get this cortisol (blood sugar) thing straightened out? Tough out the hypo symptoms? << Yes as this is either a dump or just an adrenal reaction to the thyroid and it is not doing you any good like this. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.seewell4less.com/Valspage.htm Medical Alert Bracelets --------------------------------- Be a better sports nut! Guest guest
I don;t know if Florinef /Aldosterone affects temps. I have suspicions but they are unconfirmed! -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
