But when you finally break through, I bet you find you lose a few pounds all at once! Sandy
Guest guest
SEND ME THE SCALE. I'll send it back on your 2 yr anniversary. I promise. Love, mom It's me again I had my surgery on October 10,2002 and I think I am experiencing a plateau. I would like to know if anyone else experienced a plateau so early on? If so how long and what did it take for you to over come it? Also were you sucessful and getting to goal if not how far along are you in this process. My starting weight was 250 I am now at 230 and I have been here for a week. Just incase you need to know some extra about what I eat and how much I exercise. I lifet wieghts and ride my exercise bike at least 3 times a week. Today I had some roasted chicken without the skin and some apple, and a penut butter and Jelly sandwhich with lowfat peanut butter and sugar free jelly. Thanks in advance. Guest guest
Dear am, Do you drink/do protein supplements...? It sounds like you need to kick start your metabolism with more protein and vegetables. Take care! Love, Trace
Guest guest
I don't know where to find protein supplements or any good protien shakes. If you have any that you have in mind I will be happy to hear about them. Thank you

Guest guest
The best place to go is www.vitalady.com for protein supplements. Order samples to try first so you don't buy a big can of something and not like it. If you like sweet chocolate, try ProScore 100, Chocolate Whey Stack, or ProBlend 55. I thought those were too sweet, so I like ProComplex chocolate. Give these a try. Jeanne in WI Age 39 Open RNY 05/21/2002 314/ 240/150-175 5' 8 " djgraves@...
