Could those with elevated or formerly elevated C-reactive proteins

please post what their actual elevated protein levels were(are) with

ranges?

thanks,

The C-Reactive protein ranges are always the same. According to reference

range, mainstream medicine feels that under 6 is okay. So I was an 8. However,

some docs believe that a good CRP score should always be no more than 1. Mine

was 8 before CPAP and 2 after. I'd still like to bring that down to a 1 or less

and am addressing that by taking anti-inflammatories, e.g. fish oil, ginger,

turmeric, cayenne pepper, etc.

I was just wondering. The range on my bloodwork from Sept 12 says

0.00-3.00mg/L. Mine was 2.07

More curiosity than anything.
