I thought that you might say that. So, how about going from 7.5, 5,

2.5, 5 to 10, 5, 2.5 and 5?

Not as hyper today, but moodier/more irritable. I did sleep through

the night for the second night in a row and this time I didn't even

have to get up to eat at 6:30AM. I might have made out fine with Iso

if it hadn't been for taking the melatonin all of that time and I lost

weeks of not treating my thyroid. Duh.

Sorry, one more, also colder - yesterday was the first day of the new

dose and my temps spiked a bit to an average of 98.17. Today I've been

freezing all day and temp avr is 97.73. I know that I need a few days

to see a trend and that's normal to warm up as we add Armour and then

cool back down, but I guess that I thought that it would be a little

more gradual. Probably supports the idea of needing more HC right?
