Guest guest
Can someone tell me how long I should be on Isocort? I feel it is helping me, but from what I know, you are not supposed to be on it long-term because of the echinesea. I have been on it about two months. What are my other options if I have to stop taking Isocort? Can I go to some other adrenal supplement from a health food store? With a small amount of bovine adrenal, for instance? How long can I stay on that? How long should someone be on adrenal support before withdrawing? I cannot take HC, it causes too many problems. I immediately blow up like a balloon from water retention or weight gain, not sure which one . . . and then I am miserable. This happened with only 2.5 mg. of HC.
