Re: carb count on buffet salad dressings

I used to work at my families resturant (actually 2 of them) and at both of them we poured our dressing from the one gallon containers, with the exception of the italian at the italian resturant which was the house recipe and made there.... you should be able to ask the waitress if she has any information regarding the carb count on their dressings, you may get lucky and find that she can actually get it for you!!
