Feedback from anyone please some that can give me some tips

I am NOT feeling well. After coming off the Pred I can hardly sleep.

I do not sleep well anyway. I need an ambien or Trazadone if I want

any sleep usually. Yes, I know this is bad but until I get my

adrenals helped and the doc figures out the rest of my thyroid what

can I do. As it is I have been going on four hours a sleep for

days ,and I feel like ------.

My Intergrative doc takes NO insurance . I sheled out $312 two weeks

ago. If I call tommorow and most likey they can not get me in but

maybe during the week, I can NOT pay. I would have to pay Dec. 3rd

and even then I refuse to pay more money before he has the tests

because he will do this MVT machine he has patented, which helps for

an hour or so and it acts kind of like accupunture but with no

needles and I was SO sick for a week after. His nurse told me that

is why I felt ill later that night. I have had this MVT before and

never was ill for a week. It boggles my mind that Pred. and

sometimes HC helps my pain and my severe fatigue.

The pharmacist as well as the doc has told me that the Pred. and HC

can cover up illness. So how do all the people on HC make sure over

the months tehy are not masking anything that can be dangerous?

I get they need it for low cortisol but innfections can happen.

I can call my pain doc that has treated my fibro and takes

insurance, which I now feel is adrenal fatigue ,he can prescibe me a

low pain medication until I can get my test? I am really

uncomfortable , I am at a loss now.

Thanks for any advice anyone can give me.

I know pred can effect the test, but can HC if I am off it four or

five days prior ?
