Guest guest Posted October 2, 2005 Report Share Posted October 2, 2005 HI Faith, I love your name, welcome to this group you will love them all, we are now as far Im concern family.im sure you will feel the same... my name is helen and im 65 (no spring chicken)been in tops off and on for 30 some yrs. I went back in 2001 and in 2004 i reached my goalbeen KOPS now for 21 months and im so happy and proud of myself.. at last,, been married going on 48 yrs to my high school sweetheart (he still is ) we have 3 kids plus 8 grandkids oldest 24 and baby 5,,, im also a canadian,, but I live in Tx for the winter my winter will start on the first of nov im out of here and Tx here i come .. so I think Im 1/2 canadian and 1/2 american ....you will get good support here i can garantee that.. wait till you see what Melody does to us .. never a dull moment .. enjoy our group as Im sure you we will enjoy having you with us ....need to get off the tube as we are having our Christmas today got 18 of them coming for dinner, good luck my dear friend with your next weigh in Hugs Helen Lattig wrote: I'm so glad Faith! I have been with tops 2002, Lost 68 lbs the first year, and then I put 35 lbs back on the second year now I'm trying to get it back off again, I leave in Cleveland Ohio never leave the State. I am 41 years old, been struggling with my weight since my 20's. Now I realize I need to get fat off or I want be around to see my kids have kids. Guest guest Posted October 4, 2005 Report Share Posted October 4, 2005 hi Faith, so you live in Cleveland Ohio we go by there when we go to Tx we geton the 90 from Syracuse NY we get off the 90 hwy at Erie Penn and get on down to Columbus until we get to memhis then we use to go by Louisiana. get to Galveston then on our way to Mc allen tx but this yr think we will skip La and Galveston and go to Waco and see friends and then head on down to our winter home in Mcallen ,,we only drive 2200 miles from our home in canada to our home in TX ,,,love it,,, what did you think of this crazy snow storm in April we were stuck at a truck stop for 2 days ....Hugs Helen faith lynch wrote: Hi, Helen.
