Guest guest
My daughter slept in a bouncy seat for the first month because of moderate spittiness and then had a lot of sleep trouble until 6 months when we decided to bring her to bed with us. I should say that in the meantime, we found that she slept best on her belly but we always had the head of the bed elevated because of her spitty issues. We decided that we needed to improvise a little because of the DBB and when she was lying on her back, we would put something under her knees and feet to keep them elevated (with her head up as well). This C-shape was the most comfortable for her. By 5 months, she had a definate preference for belly sleeping and soon after we brought her to bed with us. I'd just like to say that we've found the same to be true as Swede and there is definately research to back up the decreased risk of SIDS in relation to co-bedding.
