You said this was a great article (on Nov 12--I'm a touch behind!). I

found the below info on RELORA, but I seem to remember folks saying bad

things about it. What's up with this? Do you and others recommend it

for low cortisol? Do you think it would help w/sleep if one is troubled

by low cortisol?
