Guest guest
My four food groups are: chocolate, chips of all kinds, ice cream, and bagels with cream cheese and/or peanut butter. Well, at least I got some protein in there! LOL Add coffee to the list to count as water, and you've got a deal, ! Guest guest
>>It just ain't fair. Why couldn't we just malabsorb sugar and fat and keep the rest?????<<<<<<< HEY! I'm with you. As far as I'm concerned, the 4 basic food groups are: 1. chocolate 2. butter 3. mayo 4, butterscotch But when we vote this into effect, I want to change the water rule, too. I want carbonated caffeinated beverages to count as water. Or at least not count as ANTI-water. Sigh. Thanks, www.vitalady.com
Guest guest
, I don't drink at all, ever. I haven't had any alcohol in maybe 25 years. I never enjoyed the taste of alcohol or the reaction to it so I just never drink. I was the designated driver in college before there were designated drivers. I was always so goofy that no one realized I wasn't drinking! My wife doesn't drink much. At one Passover Seder she had a small glass of Manishevits (sp) and a few minutes into the service we heard this giggling and there was my wife sitting at a 45 degree sideways angle finding very funny passages in the Passover Hagadah! It was the best Passover we ever had! It even beat the year we all (3 families) gathered for a brief service and then went to a Vietnamese restaurant for dinner! Guest guest
Where is De when we need her to tabulate all this? Looks like chocolate is still #1, with butter being #2. Pasta is in the top 4.... Water is now: diet pop, alcohol & coffee. I don't see that anyone voted for water, so that's out. You'll note that Dr Carolyn hasn't put her .02 in yet! Hahah! Well, I guess that makes bread #3. And iced tea in the water category? Thanks, www.vitalady.com
Guest guest
4 basic food groups [before]: 1 - hershey chocolate bars 2 - anything else chocolate - like M & M's, chocolate cake with chocolate milk, etc. 3 - fresh baked, warm bread, rolls, loaves, etc. 4 - there really isn't any other food I miss so I'll say alcohol since I haven't tried a drop in over 2yr. before, when I was on a diet, it was chocolate and water! Now, nah. THey just dont' grab me as they once did. I like veggies better raw now. It can't be that I'm beomcing a healthy eater by accident, can it? >
