That would be a resounding YES! Most women retain water on their period,

which of course is going to cause " false " pounds to show up. After your

period, you are bound to see several pounds drop back off. :-)

I am guessing it would...I am also guessing that is why the shorts

that fit just fine last week on me are now uncomfortable...my

visitor will be here Sunday, so bloat city for me!
