crying has always been a low cortisol problem for me. When I dropped down on

cortisol and became low cortisol, all I did was cry.

Anger/Crying......

Hi Val,

For the last couple of weeks, I've had a lot of trouble with inappropriate

anger and crying. Everything make me cry! This is supposed to be the last half

of my cycle, but I'm not sure because my BBT didn't rise like it usually does

with ovulation.

Could this be a sex hormone problem? I wonder if it reduced my adrenal output

just enough to give me these symptoms, I'm not on any estrogen or progesterone

yet.

Thanks.

Raising cortiosl does lower estrogen, sometimes too much. Low estrogen can cause

these symotims .

I have a prescription for estrogen from my Dr. but doesn't it have to be balance

with also taking progesterone....? I'm confused about it.

LOL....

And do you remember, do you take the same dosage every day that you use it?

Not unless Progesterone is low too. As you still have a uterus you

would

use it every day except days on your period. Or that's how they used to

do it back whne I had one !lOL
