This is an awesome site. For anyone debating diet intervention, I would

highly recommend getting DeFelice's book (which you can order through

this same website). It lays it all out.

Devin Houston, PhD has been studying the use of enzymes. He found

that certain combinations of enzymes when taken with food at meals

can help break down food proteins including casein and gluten into

smaller parts than usual for absorption.
