I like it here too. I feel better after only a couple weeks here than I

did on any other list. You're a great group

Thanks so much everyone for your help with all my questions!

By the way, I had a great day yesterday and ran errands without any

problems. Today, I started out great - ran errands again with no

trouble. I guess I over did it, by 5:30 I felt like I was getting sick,

didn't want to eat, felt weak, had aches coming on. Forced myself to

eat something light, rested, and then I felt better a little while

later. Every time I have a good stretch I think maybe I'm dreaming the

bad days.

So anyway, thanks everyone for listening and helping.

Glad you are liking it here Lynn....

With a busy day, for us, it's even more important to keep energy levels up by snacking... without the energy on our blood we can't convert hormone... and that contributes to being tired.

It's a hard judgement call, knowing when you are tired cuz you need to eat or your body flat out needs to rest... or both.... Learning to understand what your body is telling you is a HUGE first step in getting back on track again with having more good days than bad days.

Ain't it fun getting a new body and still trying to figure it out with no owner's manual!!??!! hehehee

One more hint: Spacey and Helen Hunt play the lead roles... She is a “single mom” (sorta, her “husband” is a violent no good bum) whose son has Spacy as the teacher who does this school project ... It ends up helping everyone... One of those real tear-jerker endings too like Topper mentioned....

Okay yep saw it loved it. Wasn't sure then what it was called saw it at a friends house we were doing our counted cross stitch. Oh my goodness I didn't thik anyone but my friend and I heard of it. I love the Changling it is an awesome movie one of my all time favs. Everytime I get to pick the movie that is the one I pick I just can't get enough of it one awesome movie. It is a bit strange but very good. My hubby he thinks it is boring and strange I get into it big time. I chew my gum faster and cross stitch faster. wow I am impressed someone else actually loves my movie. Topper and i are big horror movie fams and the abnormal stuff like we love Medium and Ghost Whisperer on Tv she is a big Trekky.
