Guest guest
>>>>Well another week, and its July time sure goes by fast. Happy July 4 th. I weighed in with a 1 pound gain, leaving me 2.75 below goal. Here it a holliday weigh in coming up , have to be careful. Rubie I know, Rubie. Time does go fast! happy 4th. Did you know boxers sweat off lbs of weight in 20 minutes to qualify for bouts? (by strenuous exercise). I'm having a feeling I have to cut my diet down a little. I'm not seeing the results I want to. This week will be my 4th week and really I've only seen 2lbs gone, so I went over with Rob how we can get rid of a few starches and be more careful. I'm feeling healthier and have upped the exercise. I can see that I'm not doing enough though. XXXMarge

Lucee LOL, thanks, Lucee. I have to admit, it made me be diligent all day Friday. I made more menus for myself too. I think I was getting a little bored with the food routine I had. Guest guest
>>>That is super. 9 lbs is great. Just curious when did you start? I am sure you will be at your first mini goal before you know it. You should be proud of your accomplishment. Elana thanks, Elana. I started June 9. It's cool to see my little stars in my journal starting to accumulate. I've been slowly adding to my exercise routine over the past weeks, and I think that's helped give me a jump start. XXXMarge

Guest guest
Hiya Nan, I'm sorry about your husband's aunt. I don't even bother weighing myself during TOM, so don't worry about that for now. Take care and I look forward to hearing from you when you get back! Autumn On Tue, 12 Aug 2003 17:45:24 -0700 (PDT) writes: hi elana, i have had a very bad day, not exercising, little water and some bad food choices. i have not stepped on the scale since yesterday, as i have you- know-what and am afraid i would be back over 200. so i will not get on until i feel ready to accept what the scale says. my husband's aunt died and tomorrow is the service, so am not sure when i will be going back on here. hope to be back by friday. maybe i will have something good to report then. thanks for the encouragement. nan To
Guest guest
Hey Nan, welcome back : ) I'm sorry about the mix-up with the funeral. Ugh-how unpleasant! I've actually been to 2 funerals where they had collages instead of a viewing-both for young people. One was for a friend murdered on 9/11. Don't worry about the scale today. With the funeral and your TOM, you had enough going on. Maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised. Glad you're back! Autumn On Thu, 14 Aug 2003 17:12:48 -0700 (PDT) writes: thanks autumn, the service was fine. she wasn't even there-the coronor did not release the body in time, so we had no viewing, which was okay too. they had a nice collage of her pictures. i have not weighed yet, but will tomorrow morning-gulp. not sure what it will say, but i made it all week without stepping on the scale-but i think it out of fear. will let you know. how are things with you? hope good. til tomorrow- nan
