HC and had an increase in symptoms of candida, allergies, etc. that you mentioned it was ACTH suppression. I went to 25 mg. about a month ago and my allergies and candida are worse than they've ever been in my life. I'm constantly sneezing, stuffed up, etc. and I was never like this before. I am dosing: 7.5 - 7.5 - 5 - 2.5 - 2.5 (just changed this last two doses from 5 mg. at bedtime, I split them up).
