Yahoo is doing it again !!!!!! ~ Your first and second paragraphs were cut off !!!!!! Probably won't know any of the bands you saw -- but wondering what the waitress at Denny's did ???!!!!!

We used to have a Denny's in Beaumont --- had GREAT food ~~ then it got dirtier and dirtier and they closed the one on the interstate -- then they had a smaller one on another street -- we went there once and it was FILTHY !!!!!! Needless to say, we didn't go back there again and they are now closed !!!!

Am sure that Jordan looks sooooooooooo cute as a cow !!!!!!!! Hugs, Randie

Well......first off I have to tell you guys that I did VERY well yesterday eating wise at BUZZFest. My friends and I went to Denny's for breakfast before the concert so we didn't have to pay the outrageous prices they charge out there at The Woodlands Pavillion. I ordered the Slim Slam with wheat toast. I always order this at Denny's. It's very good and on the "Fit Fare" menu. The service was VERY slow but what was worse is that they served me my pancakes on the same plate as my eggs and my ham. This would have been fine had they had been plain pancakes but they were covered with strawberries. You get this instead of the syrup. The strawberry sauce was all over my ham, not a problem, and all over my eggs which was a problem. I tried to eat them but they tasted awful! Eggs with strawberry sauce? UGH! The portion of eggs were so small too. It was like they used one egg! I always get more than that. I finally gave in and asked the lady for more eggs because that was gross. She We got to the concert around 12:30. I didn't want to get there that early but my friend Vel just had to see her band who came on at 1:00. I must be getting older because I am just not as into this BUZZFest as I used to be. I used to love it. I use to arrive at 11 a.m. and leave at midnight! Not anymore. I don't care for the smelly, drunk people anymore. I don't care for all the kids. I don't care for the crowds and the lines and the heat and the trash and the viewing obstructions and the ticket prices and the parking and sitting in the sun....I could go on and on. Well, speaking of bad food when I ate out last week went to I HOP got a senior breakfast. Was a cheese omelet, it was like shoe leather. I ate some of it but sure tasted bad. I usually don't complain but when the guy ask me how my food was it just popped out "it was like leather", he did apologizes but I wont be going to I HOP for a while again. I will just eat at home like I do most of the time.

Happy Sunday! Well......first off I have to tell you guys that I did VERY well yesterday eating wise at BUZZFest. My friends and I went to Denny's for breakfast before the concert so we didn't have to pay the outrageous prices they charge out there at The Woodlands Pavillion. I ordered the Slim Slam with wheat toast. I always order this at Denny's. It's very good and on the "Fit Fare" menu. The service was VERY slow but what was worse is that they served me my pancakes on the same plate as my eggs and my ham. This would have been fine had they had been plain pancakes but they were covered with strawberries. You get this instead of the syrup. The strawberry sauce was all over my ham, not a problem, and all over my eggs which was a problem. I tried to eat them but they tasted awful! Eggs with strawberry sauce? UGH! The portion of eggs were so small too. It was like they used one egg! I always get more than that. I finally gave in and asked the lady for more eggs because that was gro We got to the concert around 12:30. I didn't want to get there that early but my friend Vel just had to see her band who came on at 1:00. I must be getting older because I am just not as into this BUZZFest as I used to be. I used to love it. I use to arrive at 11 a.m. and leave at midnight! Not anymore. I don't care for the smelly, drunk people anymore. I don't care for all the kids. I don't care for the crowds and the lines and the heat and the trash and the viewing obstructions and the ticket prices and the parking and sitting in the sun....I could go on and on. For just a few hours, to see one or two acts, is okay but all day???? Not for me anymore. I think this will be my last year to attend BUZZFest. After 10 years....I've got my fill. Here are some of the bands that were there. Ever heard of them? I would say Melody should give you extra points if you could name one of their songs but nevermind. You could ask someone or use the internet and how would she know? LOL! Hinde We left around 11:15 and stood in line traffic walking to the car and then sat in car traffic forever just to end up at Bennigan's for dinner. Got home around 2 a.m. and passed out. I was soooooooooo tired. Woke up at 5 sneezing my head off. Nose is running and sore from wiping it. I feel like crap. I don't know if I caught a cold or if it was the mix of the smelly people, the smoke from the cigarettes and "other" smoking going on out there, or the fact that it was cold in the morning, got warm in the day, and then back to cold last night, but I feel awful. It was all I could do to get up and dressed this morning. I am hoping, for the first time, that today is SLOW because I don't want to do anything but sit here, wipe my nose, and check my e-mail. I had a great time yesterday, for the most part, but today.....I feel awful and I didn't even drink anything. I didn't even put gel in my hair. Now you know I'm sick if I didn't feel like fixing my hair! Anyway....just wanted to share my day because, as always, it was eventful. I did well in the eating, got in TONS of walking, didn't drink enough water but will make up for that today, and I can't wait go home and get back in bed. I NEED SLEEP! Have a great Sunday!
