Guest guest
laurie, I havent seen this woman since I was younger so I'm not sure, I asked my mom and she doesnt think she has the short webbed neck. I think the main things they were thinking was her short stature, endocrine issues, never going through puberty. I wish they would just get it checked out but like I said, these relatives are in like, no wheres land and just simple people. I've asked my mom to mention it to the woman's mother but from what I understand, shes doing bad with dementia. I think my mom's cousin might be going into a nursing home soon, they might be willing to check into it then, especially if I get a specific diagnosis. Anyways, thanks for the info, I'm gonna ask my mom again if she will talk with someone like my aunt whos a NP. take care, adrienne

Guest guest
Adrienne You are welcome. I have worked with many, many students with rare syndromes like Anglemans and Prune Belly Syndrome to mention a few. I am amazed that an area that is mainly rural with low population density (rapidly changing) can have so many rare things - maybe they are everywhere and my profession just makes me aware of them. laurie > From: moonchild62579@... > Reply-To: > Date: Sat, 3 Jan 2004 19:02:41 EST > To: > Subject: Re: Anyone have dwarfism in their family?-laurie > > laurie, > I havent seen this woman since I was younger so I'm not sure, I asked my mom > and she doesnt think she has the short webbed neck.
