IT could be you need to add magnesium. For some reason, I noticed when

Leg Cramps

I have been adding a bit of sea salt sometimes 1/2 teaspoon a say,

sometimes 3 x 1/2 (bit muddled as waiting for aldosterone test which

did not arrive)

My problem is I have started to get cramps in my calves waking me in

the morning, this is a symptom i used to get a lot so not sure if the

extra salt is causing it or if it is another of my symptoms coming

back because i am on so little t3 at the moment.

Any ideas?

Also got blood glucose meter readings

judt b4 tea last night 4.3

am 1/2 hour after 10mg hc b4 food 5.9

This seems fine by there guidance says above 3.3 and below 13.3 are ok

thanks & happy hols
