Ok I'm going to be leaving on Sunday and will be coming back on

Wednesday would you all recommend taking my scales to keep me on

track? Right now I weigh myself everyday so I don't know how I'll do

not weighing for 4 days.

Any thoughts?

You may find that you don't get the same reading if you are toting your

scales around. A slight slant in the floor or being jostled could cause

numbers that are slightly off.

I would suggest not taking the scales, but having a little competition with

yourself to see if you can make those numbers go down for when you do

finally step on the scales - if you are tempted, picture yourself getting on

the scales Thursday morning and how triumphant you'll feel if you stay the

same or go down.
