Does anybody else have severe muscle tenderness. I've had the muscle pain and weakness but never noticed until of late how tender my muscles are. It use to be my doc could push and squeeze on my muscles and it didn't bother me, but now I can't stand to be touched. Even along my jaw bone of my face it is so sore almost like pushing on a bruise. Is this common?

It is normal for me. Some days are worse than others.

You sure do have a way with words. lol Yes, I have that kind of pain most all the time. What do you mean by charcoal?? I've never heard of anyone taking charcoal. Thanks for replying.

Hi ,

If you're talking about the constant aching, feels like I'm gonna

die, periodically wish i would kind of pain, I get that for a while

now and again. It's devastating. I think it is muscle tissue not

getting energy, and therefore not getting warmth or oxygen crying

out in agony.

Mine resolved a couple of months ago when I cut out lactose

containing dairy, added selenium, continued with a reputable

multivitamin, added folic acid and added charcoal. Don't know if

this combination would help someone else, but since it's done a lot

for me I don't see what anybody would have to lose by trying it for

a few days. I noticed the improvement pretty rapidly.
