Guest guest
Well I wish that good sleep worked for me to get my temps up, but sadly not. I've been sleeping well for months now, really good solid sleep but my temps are not budging Except that it is my daily averages that are improving Lynda, as have yours, whereas your problem seems to be more getting your basal to rise? Guest guest
Not really, my daily averages have improved since I began medication (years ago) but have not moved upwards for a long, long time. I'm hoping that after I have been on all T3 for longer things may improve. I only finished weaning off armour a couple of weeks ago, I believe you are further along that road? Oh I see that I misunderstood you Lynda, thought you were saying that recent imp[rovement was connected with rise in daily averages. Yes maybe the T3 will do the trick for you, I am sure it will, feel it in my water lol I am not at all sure that I had an RT3 issue because I could not go very high on it at all without going hyper. I am taking it now since last May I think. Still very symptomatic regardless of raised daily averages but I must be patient. I must be patient. I must be patient........... Guest guest
>>My first temp this morning is a whopping 98.9 for Gawd's sake!!!!!!!!!!! Unheard of!!!!!!!!!!!!!<< NOW it sounds liek you are going too high. Thsi is exactly what happened to me when the T3 FINALLY bumped the RT3 from the receptors. It takes ALOT of T3 to overwhelm the RT3 but once it does the flood fo T3 cn be too high. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
