Thanks for the info .

I do live in Atlanta, and I had heard of Dr. , but I didn't know if

anyone else in Atlanta performed this surgery. I called this morning to try

and schedule a consultation, but I couldn't get an appointment. Apparently

they are booked up through January, and won't schedule February yet.

P.S. Thanks for his list, I have already signed up.
