Guest guest
Whoa, so when you said earlier that we've pretty much established that I'm hypopit you meant that I would be on cortisol forever? However, when we looked at my labs several weeks ago you said that it looked like I was primary adrenal fatigue which is much better than secondary which would indicate pit problems. I know how many of my own e-mails you have answered today, let alone everyone else's, but I want to make sure that I understand what I'm likely to be. I am looking forward to weaning off of HC some day but if I never can I need to prepare myself for that. Thanks, > > >>If someone is hypo-pit, do they generally need more HC than someone who is not? > 20 mg has not been enough for me, I am at 22.5 mg right now and feel I will > need to go back up to 25 mg soon.<< > > If hypopituitary oyu are basically on full replacement. With adreanl fatigue your adrenals are making SOME of oyur cortisol needs. So yyes usually hypopit peolel will need more cortiosl and also they are not worried about shutting their adrnals down. > > -- > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > http://www.seewell4less.com/Valspage.htm Medical Alert Bracelets >

Guest guest
Sorry, I knew better and was starting to pull them together but had to run out of the office. I'll post them later and I'm not panicking or anything. Guest guest
>> I need to know how to gauge when I can begin ramping down on the IsoCort? Should I wait for two good lab reports (four months) or for me to FEEL good, have consistent temps and good labwork? << Yu need to optimize thyroid while ON it,thwn once you are optimal on thyroid sloewly start lowering the Isocort. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
