Just to piggyback on what Kim suggested, I really like

her idea of putting RSS and MAGIC information in the

back of the book. Since I will be selling/giving

these to friends and family I would love for them to

read about RSS. Also, maybe we could put a calorie

counter, food groups, etc. in the back?
