I'm about to raise Cytomel....how much can I safely raise? I am on 37.5 right

now.

Also....is it ok to split thyroid dosages into 6 doses taken every 3 hours?

It depends on how weak your adrenals are. If they are touchy then go with the

lowest raise you can manage to cut the pills into, then just do increases every

3-5 days. Yes I split my doses in to 5 doses and that works best for me.
