Re: How long to support with HC before adding in Armour?

Val,

I'm taking T3 and can't go without it. My temps dive to 95 and I feel horrible

if I don't take it. I'm trying to figure out how to tell if I'm on enough

adrenal support. My temps raise when I take the T3 (usually to 97.7 ish). With

my temperature fluctuating how can I tell if I'm on adequate support? I know

I'm not there yet, but I don't know how to tell when I am. If I take Isocort

for a couple of weeks then add in 1/4 grain Armour with no difficulty, I guess

I'm good. What will happen if I try to add the Armour and am not on enough

support?
