Hi Louise,

I just rub the cream in well, and cover. It doesn't seem to harm

anything. I do sometimes take a dose in pill form, and I can't tell any

difference in a dose of cream or a dose taken by pill. But then I'm not

particularly good at distinguishing symptoms unless they are dramatic.

If any cream does rub off at all, I prefer it to rub off on the inside

of clothing than where I might touch it and carry it to my eyes.

My sympathies on the lactose intolerance, I had that for about a

decade, but don't anymore.
