Guest guest
Shan, Yes, I was serious. I do the colon cleanse not just for that reason but it's a full body cleansing thing, helps my energy, acne, arthritis and stuff. It is all natural and makes me feel great! I only do the full system every couple months but there is one part of it, a high fiber pill that I take maybe once every week or so. This particular time was because I had been out and about and didn't drink enough water for like 2 days. You get leg cramps, things don't move for me when I do that. I do try to eat lots of fiber but sometimes it's just not quite enough like I said if I don't drink enough water. Hate it when I do that! I just take it for one maybe 2 days and then I'm fine. I sometimes go several weeks without so I'm not depending on it, believe me. Thanks as always for your concern........ oh and young? I don't feel it!!! LOL It might help to note, I have always had troubles in this area. When I was little I was terribly constipated, on prescription yucky tasting stuff that my mom and dad held me town to takeand forced to eat prunes and dates. Then with no explanation, even seeing several doc's and having many test run, had severe diarrhea for 9 years. Did the gluten free thing for 2 weeks and whalla no more diarrhea for 11 year now. Who knows. The doc's have never figured it out and now I take this natural stuff once in a while and feel great. Hugs, Gena > > > I think I'm a bit backed up today so doing a colon cleanse.
