Starting fludrocrtisone/florinef

I have my Rx filled and this morning is the day I start

eneric florinef. Do I take it before, after, with Armour?

I know " with " food, but I drink salt water to wash it down?

How much salt (I only use Celtic sea salt)?

How quickly can I go out and play afterwards?

I had to un-bounce my yahoo emails this morning, so the

message I wrote last night didn't get to the group.
