Val, I had to take the Predinisone ,I was not getting any better. So is the

reason I have to take two weeks until taking the test is that it makes the

cortisol go real high for that long?

The ER doc said that because I had a Staph infection four weeks ago and now

got this bad cold that due to my adrenals this was what was going to help my

system to try and get back up.

I will call my doc this week. I am SO tired of seeing these docs and getting

worse. My doc is well rounded in the adrenals and thryoid, but it is partly my

system th last few months getting back to back infections.

Is there any thing you would take or do if you were in my position?

The predinisone is for five days only.
