Cream cheese, plain? I love cream cheese - I really do - I just don't think

I'd even *consider* eating pats of cream cheese alone. But, just for the

record, no they didn't have individual pats. The food was all professionally

catered and what they did have was a large cup with whipped cream cheese in

it... obviously taken from some large industrial-sized container and spooned

into this large cup. Who knows what it really could've been but knowing how

" in " low-fat dieting is these days, I wouldn't have been surprised if it was

imitation low fat cream cheese... not the real stuff.

At any rate, I guess I wasn't really good at writing my post since the point

was my weight loss, not the food.

You did a good job Marlena - I got the point of you shrinking!

But I'm also appreciative of that cream cheese tip because I'm going to be

going to a conference in Germany in a couple of weeks and I'm gonna need all

the 'how to stick to low carb while travelling' tips I can get!

Marlena,

The Lord above knows I haven't posted in so long...but I just had to

write to say CONGRATS on your weight loss!!!!!!! Marlena, I know it

must have been a challenge to stay legal that whole time. Cause if

anybody is like me (and I am sure there are some like me), I would

have just given in saying " well what else was I supposed to do,

starve?? " You should be proud of yourself in two ways: first, you

didn't give in to the food temptations and secondly, you managed to

even lose weight while you were away from home which is something

many of us on the list have trouble with!!! So you deserve this and

a whole lot more success in your weight loss efforts. You did a

great job with your post and I for one, completely understood what

you were trying to say! I got it and you LOST it ;-)!!!! You go Ms.

Marlena! I'm happy for you, now help me....ROFL!!!!!!!
