Guest guest
I started melatonin for sleep aid 3 months ago after hurting my adrenals with too much thyroid. I started HC after I started melatonin, and my temps have stabilized at 35mg. After reading that study on melatonin, I haven't taken it since Saturday night. However, I've noticed some undesirable effects for the past 3 days. I've been much more fatigued during the day, and my heart begins pounding at random times, sometimes leading to overheating. Here's my question... since melatonin decreases cortisol, am I now on too much HC since stopping melatonin? (I mean, is the 35mg I've been taking that I felt good on now too much since the melatonin is no longer suppressing my cortisol, possibly leading to high cortisol?) I haven't slept as well since stopping melatonin... is it possible that this is stressing my adrenals more and that I need MORE HC??? , have you been experiencing any similar symptoms? Anybody have an idea of what's going on? As always, thank you to everyone here!!! -Jung > > > > have oyu ever been told you snore? I am wondering if you have > > sleep apnea.
