i have decided to take this thing one day at a time and not focus on

tomorrow, but what i have done today that was positive. i would like

to know how i can add more protein to my diet without eating alot of

meat. i know there are other sources, but i am unsure of how to add

this into my daily scheduling. today i had a bowl of cereal and a

banana, a granola bar, half an apple, hamburger on a grill(most of

the fat dripped off right?) a diet coke, a handful of pretzels, and

oatmeal. then all the drinks at the bar-help! i also need to add

veggies into my diet, but don't know how, other than a salad, or

veggies with my supper. any ideas????
