I'm so confused now - why would my Dr. put me on ALA and L-Carnitine if

they reduce my thyroid levels and I'm hypo? I thought he said it

helped the metabolism of thyroid in the cells.

Should I not be taking them?

So I should stop everything except the Armour and the Cortef?
