I got a clean scan, and a big surprise hug from my endo for all the work we (you all included) have put in on changing my attitude. With a TSH of around 95 uIU/mL yesterday, I went out to a restaurant tonight and then shopping. (Couldn't eat the food, but enjoyed the friends) What a difference from my first hypohell, last October, when I was almost non-functional. Have to eat a lemon, scan tomorrow again, and then I'll start popping those pills and hope my attitude continues through the next 6 months. Can't keep my eyes open any longer. I keep falling asleep on the keyboard. J. -- 03/28/89: PT - papillary thyroid carcinoma, - Hashimoto's thyroiditis; 100MCG Synthroid 09/03/02: TT - papillary thyroid carcinoma again! - Hashimoto's thyroiditis 10/06/02: LID and Hypohell soon to follow 10/22/02: WBS with uptake in thyroid bed 10/23/02: RAI 150mCu 10/24/02: 137MCG Synthroid-a tad too much. 12/06/02: TSH=<0.06uIU/mL and dropping. 01/21/03: 125MCG Synthroid 04/15/03: WBS clean but still have those pesky antibodies.
