Guest guest
I have high cortisol all day long. My mornings are especially the worst and have the highest cortisol out of range by far then according to the saliva test. I have been taking PS, zinc and Relora to lower for about a month, but still have extreme anxiety, dry heaves, nausea, shakiness to the point of barely being able to function. Have lost over 10 lbs in one month. Couldn't I take some Cortef just in the morning to stop the pounding on the adrenals and let them rest so I can at least function in the a.m? By around 4:00 p.m. and later the cortisol is still high, but not nearly as far out of range and I'm feeling much, much better. Would it be reasonable to just try HC in the morning at my worst? Did you have these symptoms before starting all these supplements? f not I would back off them and see if they are better. Early stages of adrenal fatigeu are high cortisol BUT that is subject to change, and sometimes rapidly. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
