Guest guest
-Val I was so hypo yesterday that I took two lots of T3 -5 -5 However, I did not sleep apart from about 3 hours. Tried glutamine, valarian and rescue remedey. So stressed out - mind wont turn off. Took a product called Neurocalm - it has magnolia bark in which apparently can reduce or up your cortisol. Will try not to take anymore - cortisol saliva test in 5 days. You prob wont get this post until my evening and I dont know whether to take anymore T3. I did feel better after taking it yesterday (placebo?). I guess I will just take two lots again today unless I hear from you. Yes I was the one that went hyper on HC and have weaned off it for two weeks now. Guest guest
>>What are the symptoms of low iron when increasing thyroid?<< Pretty much the same a low cortisol symptoms. Inability to tolerate thyroid increass, nervous system symtpoms, feeling worse with thyroid increases instead of better. Unable to sleep sleep, jittery. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
