Some people DO need mroe thyroid in winter months and it has more to do

with shorter daylight hours than colder temps. You might also have

Vitamin D tested as this would point to a D deficiency as well. As to

raising Armour I would only raise in 15mg increments every 4-6 weeks.

I did have Vitamin D level checked and it is slightly above midline. I take 2000

IU of vitamin D daily.

Why do you have to wait so long before increasing the Armour? when I was on less

than 3 mg doses I was able to increase it more often. Why the difference after 3

mg of Armour and what would happen if I were to increase it more?
