Increase DHEA - question for Cheri

Cheri, as I was looking back through posts for my labs and to refer

back to what Val had said earlier, I saw that you had written me about

DHEA and how you more or less kept your doses of it consistent with

your cortisol. I have only been on 10mg (5x2) until now, but I'm on

20mg of HC now so I thought that maybe it is time to go up. What do

you think? Also, I dose in the AM and at noon. I got behind today so

I haven't had my second dose yet. It seems to me that there is a

reason not to take it too late in the day so I'm going to skip it, but

tomorrow I was thinking about going to 15 or 20mg.

Thanks,

My DHEA is higher than that for sure - I'm borderline low, but I'm

also male so I can take more right? I'm not feeling good lately -

lots of GI issues and the hand issues, but I've also been

transitioning from Iso to HC and, of course, I'm still not taking

enough Armour. My GI issues did seem to resolve some when I started

on the DHEA so maybe I do need to go up. I also think that I'm close

to finally being ready to move up with the Armour. My temps for the

past four days have looked like this:

97.75

97.63

97.80

97.77

I know that you were trying to hold off on the HC so I'm sorry that

you're finding it necessary to give up on the Iso too.
