Had adrenal crash with Armour - Is T3 supplement

safe?

A couple of weeks ago, a previous dr. prescribed Armour for me and I am

dealing with adrenal fatigue. After three days of Armour, I had an

adrenal crash and felt like I was dying.

My recent saliva test results came in and I had my appt. with a new dr.

today. She said I had plenty of T4, but my body was not converting it

into T3. She prescribed T3 for me and the compounding pharmacy sold me

a supplement called MedCaps T3. The dr. and the pharmacist said it was

not thyroid, it would only covert what thyroid I already had into T3.

I am nervous about taking it after the Armour caused me an adrenal

crash. I am just now recovering.

Is this supplement okay for me to take with weak adrenals?

What does an adrenal crash feel like? Just wondering if that's what I

had a year ago, before I discovered STTM and these groups. I was flat out

exhausted, in pain, anxious, couldn't move, only sit & cry at my frustration

about not being able to participate in life, totally overwhelmed.....

That sounds liwk it could fit the bill... But usually you would add to that

nausea and flu like pains that do not run wiht a fever but oyu cn have an

intermittent fever with it as well.
