Guest guest
My cortisol results were 35.6 range 6-42. I thought that was ok, maybe it's not. What should I do re the HC how should I take it now. I tried in the past for about 2 weeks but just couldn't do it any longer, I was nackered all day. I think I have a PM cortisol coming back but it seems to be taking for ever. How do you tell what stage of adrenal fatigue you are in. I thought I might have a problem with them only in the arvo's as the rest of the day I was not too bad. Margo > > >>Only my morning cortisol has been tested and it was all good. The fact it made you tired tells me it is not good, as it is stopping the adrenlaine you are running on. Once you stay on it a week or two at high enough doses, that effect will leave. > > -- > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ >
