I do nto think ANY of them are more or kless stressful to the adrenals. Taking

ENOUGH thyroid to get unhypo is what causes adrnenal stress as it raises the

metabolism. It is the metabolic increase that actually causes the stress. SO yio

uhave to go MUCH aslower with a metabolically actuive hormone like T3 than you

would with Amrour.
