Guest guest
- There's an LID index just for you ... http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Thyca/message/27882 ... " LID for chocoholics " . In addition to recipes, there's a list of some LID safe commercial products. Avocados are a great LID food - they provide some of the creaminess that many of us crave while on the diet. I think I ate an avocado every day when I was on the LID. Usually I just ate them with a little balsamic vinegar, but also a little bit spread on toast really can take the place of butter. Good luck - (not a chef) NYC Rosen wrote: > Hi - Does anyone know if cocoa butter is Ok on the > LID?
