Dole's Pineapple juice in can -- still legal?

I know that Elaine originally approved Dole's canned pineapple juice (not from

concentrate) as legal.

Does anyone know whether it is still considered legal? The Dole can brand I've

tried does not indicate unsweetened on the label, but lists only pineapple juice

as the ingredient, and claims to be 100% juice, not from concentrate.
